a comfortable lounge with Austar multi-channel TV/VCR/DVD together with a selection of DVDs, videos and books for relaxed holiday reading. The open fireplace is set to light for your cosy winter getaway for two or more. Oil filled heaters also available.
modern kitchen with electric stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, sandwich maker, toaster, plunger coffee maker, jug, saucepans. Crockery, cutlery & glassware plus all necessary cooking utensils.

spacious master bedroom - comfortable queen size double bed with electric blanket & bedside lamps.
bedroom 2 is bright and attractive with 3 single beds all with bedside lamps and electric blankets.
modern bathroom with warm, safe non-slip flooring - shower, vanity unit, storage unit and toilet (no bath)
laundry - tub, drying rack and outdoor clothes line, iron & ironing board.
large garden with plenty of room for active children and dogs and smaller fenced area close ot the house.
Your dog is always welcome by prior arrangement. You can bring your dog's sleeping rug or futon with you. Dogs can sleep comfortably close to you on the tiled areas within the cottage, but please, not in the bedrooms.
